用途
直播分析可以用來做什么?
1.靈活切換今日和歷史直播數據
支持商家在一個頁面內根據時間篩選靈活查看今日與歷史的直播數據,避免需要在兩個頁面分別查看今日和歷史數據的不方便,同時解決有時無法及時看到前一天直播數據表現的問題,幫助商家復盤直播表現。
2.查看一段時間直播匯總數據或單場直播成交
支持商家查看單日/周/月或任意自定義時間段內的直播匯總成交,也支持查看單場直播的數據表現,并跳轉直播大屏。
3.查看所有合作達人任意周期內的直播貢獻
按名稱篩選聯盟合作或官方賬號可幫助商家查看一個達人在這段時間內通過直播為店鋪的帶來的直播貢獻,可通過下載不同達人的直播數據對比出這段時間內表現優秀的直播達人,也可直接通過對比單場直播表現了解達人的帶貨能力,以及和店鋪商品的匹配度。
核心功能
1.一段時間內的直播匯總數據
展示所選時間周期內,所有官方和聯盟合作達人通過直播給店鋪帶來的成交金額、訂單數、交易人數、曝光-點擊轉化率(CTR)、點擊-下單轉化率(C_O)。
2.單場直播數據表現
查看單場直播的成交、訂單、互動、轉化和漲粉數據,并支持導出下載。
3.合作達人直播表現
可查看合作的聯盟達人和自身的官方賬號在一段時間內和單場直播的表現。
功能詳細介紹
1.匯總直播數據
【1】查看今日直播匯總數據:
當選擇【Today】查看今日數據時:展示今日時間段內店鋪通過直播產生的成交、交易、轉化數據;
僅展示4個核心指標:
Revenue
Sales
Buyers
C_O
【2】查看歷史數據:
當選擇【近7天、近28天、自然日、自然周、自然月、自定義時間段】查看歷史數據時:展示店鋪在所選時間段內通過直播產生的直播數、成交、訂單、成交人數、轉化數據;
展示8個核心指標:
Livestreams:The number of livestreams within the selected period;
Revenue-generating livestreams:The number of livestreams that resulted in revenue within the selected period;
Revenue:The cumulative amount paid for orders made from livestreams, including returns and refunds;
Unit Sales:The cumulative number of products sold from livestreams;
Buyers:The number of unique users who paid for orders made from livestreams. When you select the custom period;
C_O:orders / product clicks via livestream channel;
CTR(Click-through rate): The number of clicks on livestream products / the number of views of the livestream during the selected period, includes products in product lists and product cards;
Orders:The number of SKU orders created and paid by users from the livestream。
注意:當一場直播跨越了多天,匯總直播僅包含該場直播在所選時間范圍內產生的數據:
例如:今天是5.10號,一場直播在5.9開始,在5.10結束:在5.9產生100美元成交,在5.10產生200美元成交,選擇時間為【今天】時,成交金額展示數據為200美元。
2.單場直播列表//Live List
【1】查看今日直播場次數據:
當選擇【Today】查看今日數據時:展示在今日內產生過數據的直播,例如:
昨日開始,今日結束的直播間;
昨日開始,今日仍然沒有結束的直播間;
今日開始,今日結束的直播間;
今日開始,但今日沒有結束的直播間;
【2】查看歷史直播場次數據:
當選擇歷史某段時間數據時,展示在該時間段內開始直播的直播間,例如:今天是5.10,選擇“過去7天”(5.3-5.9)
會展示的直播間:
5.3開始直播,并在5.10或之前結束直播的直播間;
5.9開始直播,并在5.9/5.10結束直播的直播間;
不展示的直播間:
5.2開始直播,5.3或之后結束的直播間;
5.3號0點之前就結束的直播間;
【3】單場直播數據指標:
Revenue:The cumulative amount paid for orders made from livestreams, including returns and refunds
Products:The cumulative number of products added to the livestream showcase
Different Products Sold:The number of products for which sales were generated from the livestream
Orders Created:The number of SKU orders created by users from the livestream
Orders Paid:The number of SKU orders created and paid by users from the livestream
Unit Sales:The cumulative number of products sold from livestreams
Buyers:The number of unique users who paid for orders made from livestreams. When you select the custom period
Average Price:The average price of the units sold, revenue / product sales
Viewers(total viewers):The number of unique viewers of the livestream
Views(watch pv):The number of views of the livestream
ACU:The average number of concurrent viewers per minute during the livestream
PCU:The peak number of concurrent viewers of the livestream
Avg. Viewing Duration:The average length of time each unique viewer watched the livestream
Comments:The cumulative number of times users left comments on the livestream
Shares:The cumulative number of times users shared the livestream
Likes:The cumulative number of times users liked the livestream
New followers:The number of times users clicked to follow the creator
Product impressions (product view):The number of impressions of all livestream products, including product list and product card impressions
Product clicks:The number of product clicks from the livestream, including product list and product card clicks
CTR(Click-through rate): The number of clicks on livestream products divided by the number of views of the livestream during the selected period, includes products in product lists and product cards
C_O:orders / product clicks via livestream channel
3.篩選單個達人直播間
【1】支持按照【官方、渠道、聯盟、全部】達人維度查看店鋪在所選時間內的匯總直播數據和單場直播列表,例如:
選擇【聯盟】達人時,匯總數據和直播列表明細展示的是該時間段內全部合作聯盟達人的直播匯總和明細數據。
【2】搜索達人:
選擇【全部】時,可在搜索框內直接搜索想要查看的達人名稱;
選擇【官方】時,搜索框內僅支持查看一個官方達人;
選擇【渠道】時,搜索框內僅支持查看全部渠道達人;
選擇【聯盟】時,搜索框內支持搜索想要查看的聯盟達人名稱;
