亞馬遜賬號(hào)無緣無故被封，沒收到Performance Notifications

這個(gè)賬號(hào)用好幾個(gè)月了，月初的時(shí)候突然被suspended，沒看到Performance Notifications，也沒收到郵件，什么都沒有（只有”account status”顯示”suspended”）。開case聯(lián)系seller support，到現(xiàn)在還沒回我。不知道該怎么辦了

“Hello,

-A copy of unexpired passport or other government issued identification (for example, driver's license)
