亞馬遜客戶買了18臺(tái)平板電腦，全部安裝了app，現(xiàn)在想要退貨？

前段時(shí)間有個(gè)客戶下了一個(gè)大訂單，他總共買了18臺(tái)平板電腦（價(jià)格在$1000左右），我用expedited delivery（特快專遞）把貨發(fā)給他。沒過幾天，他就發(fā)信息跟我說想把這些平板電腦退給我，因?yàn)橐呀?jīng)不需要它們了。但問題是他已經(jīng)拆開了全部電腦的包裝，把它們都拿出來(lái)用了，還在電腦上安裝了一些app。。。
我去看了一下亞馬遜關(guān)于computers/laptops的政策，里面有提到：“? New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.”（個(gè)人賣家的退貨政策適用于那些向市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)商購(gòu)買的，新的、用過的、以及翻新的產(chǎn)品）
現(xiàn)在我該怎么處理這件事呢？大家有什么好的建議？？

你要讓買家知道，他退回來(lái)的產(chǎn)品condition如果和發(fā)貨時(shí)的不一樣（發(fā)貨時(shí)是新的、包裝未拆開的；退回來(lái)是用過的、包裝被拆開了），那根據(jù)亞馬遜的政策，賣家可以向買家收取restocking fee（多達(dá)50%）

? New desktop, laptops or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from Amazon.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.?
? Amazon.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.?
? Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.?
? New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

他是在購(gòu)買的30天內(nèi)要求退貨的？是的話，你要接受退貨。如果是他反悔不想要了（no longer needed），你可以讓他付退回來(lái)的運(yùn)費(fèi)。我是覺得為了快遞能安全送達(dá)（畢竟商品價(jià)格這么高），你可以要求signature confirmation的服務(wù)

樓主，根據(jù)亞馬遜政策，你可以收取50%的restocking fee：
“Up to 50% of item's price：The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.”
